Citation
Citation is an interactive public art project that encourages New Yorkers to rate the city and its elected public servants. Irreverent comment cards, convincingly disguised as parking tickets, are placed on car windshields along 14th Street. The "tickets," given without cause, simultaneously engage and give voice to the citizens’ frustration with the city bureaucracy.
The survey results will be documented and presented on ConcernedNewYorkers.com/citation and delivered to City Hall.
Date:
October 5-15
Location:
“Tickets†will be placed on cars throughout 14th Street.
