The Friendly Falcons: Jeff Kurosaki & Tara Pelletier / Soundmoves
Soundmoves is a performance with video, sculpture and music, about the creation myth of the sun from a shadow. It is a story told through a self-contained, two-person band and nomadic theater. Modeling the rise, transit and setting of the sun along the east-to-west trajectory line of 14th Street, the artists will move their roving theater in the same direction, performing along the way.

Date:

Friday and Saturday, October 5-6 from 4-5pm

Location:

The performance will start at the east end of 14th Street and move to the west end along the south side of the street, making stops along the way at the corner of Avenue A, the corner of Fifth Avenue, and the traffic median of Eighth Avenue.
