CacheArt. 14th Street explores the processes of decision-making concerning the use of public space, the relationship between individuals, society, and official authorities. Two CacheArt works will be placed in specially designed, hidden containers in different locations on 14th Street. They can be found using GPS navigation devices, via coordinates published on geocaching.com - a platform for communication for 5 million people.
