Language of the Street
The public is invited to participate in creating a mural.
This outdoor studio will be realized only by the public’s participation and use an abstract, visual language to communicate thoughts through color. Beginning with a mural sketch on canvas, a dialogue will start with the community that takes part in this project. The painted support will continually change in hue, scale and intensity depending on represented demographics. A cross-section of participants such as young, old, short and tall will clearly be established by the nature of lines painted and areas reached across its surface.

All of my ideas develop through the use of color, form, shape, and patterns as well as abstract motifs. You may interpret the composition anyway you wish. There is never a preconceived notion or statement that accompanies these murals although science, math and nature play a role in certain decisions.
