BIO

Sarah Brozna

Sarah joined Art in Odd Places in January 2011. She grew up in Colorado, home of some of the most unusual public art. She has received a BA in art history and BFA in sculpture from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In addition to having a passion for public art she enjoys traveling. She has received a MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management from the University College Dublin, where she wrote her thesis on a public artwork in Belfast, which was selected by public vote. While in school she interned at a built environment center, P.L.A.C.E in Northern Ireland. After graduation she worked for Audiences NI, and audience development agency where she honed her skills growing and diversifying audiences for the arts. Since returning to the USA she has exploring the eastern seaboard and is currently living in Boston, Massachusetts. In her spare time she can be found taking comedic pictures with monuments and documenting public art.
